How To Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your RuneRaidrz data, please email:

Please include the following information in your request:

• The subject line: RuneRaidrz Data Deletion Request
• Your in-game username, if you created one
• Any email address or account identifier associated with your account, if applicable
• A brief statement that you want your RuneRaidrz data deleted

Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on the features you used, we may delete or anonymize:

• Leaderboard username
• Leaderboard score or progress records
• Saved gameplay progress
• App-specific account identifiers
• Other RuneRaidrz gameplay data associated with your account

Data That May Be Kept

Some data may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud prevention, debugging, or operational purposes.

This may include:

• Crash logs and diagnostic records that are not directly tied to your identity
• Aggregated analytics data
• Records required to comply with legal obligations
• Records needed to prevent abuse or protect the game service

Retention Period

We will make reasonable efforts to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

Backup, security, or diagnostic records may remain for a limited period after deletion, but will be deleted or anonymized according to our normal retention practices.

RuneRaidrz may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google AdMob.

Data collected by those services may be handled according to their own privacy and deletion policies.
